ARPEO is an independent studio specialized in 3D digitization of buildings and infrastructure. Founded by two practitioners from BIM and geomatics, based in Aix-en-Provence, we work for architecture firms, engineering offices, surveyors, developers and industrials across the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
Why ARPEO.
ARPEO was born from a shared observation between architects, engineering offices and surveyors working in PACA: 3D digitization of existing buildings remains a service difficult to commission. Vague timelines, deliverables incompatible with Revit, opaque pricing, unverifiable precision. Too often, 3D scanning is treated as a commodity when it should be the cornerstone of any serious BIM project.
We founded ARPEO to offer a demanding and readable service: transparent packages with displayed price ranges, methodology documented in four steps, systematic standard-deviation report, IFC 4.0-compliant BIM delivery within 15 days. No marketing jargon, no hidden commitment.
Our conviction: 3D data must be a decision tool, not a decorative deliverable. Every point cloud is georeferenced in Lambert 93, every model is validated by double-check, every mission ships with one included revision iteration. That's what distinguishes studio work from low-cost service.
