The primary factor. We typically count 1 day of acquisition per 800 m² indoor, or 2.8 km² per drone flight.
LOD 200 (volumes) is ~40% cheaper than LOD 300 (precise geometry), which itself is ~30% cheaper than LOD 400 (fabrication details).
Indoor scan only, drone only, or combined. An MEP industrial mission demands 3 to 4× more time than a standard office building survey.
Standard 15 days = flat package price. Express 7 days = +25%. Urgent 48 h on acquisition only = +50%, express quote.
Fragile roof, asbestos, height > 8 m, cluttered interior: specific equipment (telescopic pole, IP54 scanner) — surcharge 10 to 40%.

For a 1,000 m² office building with LOD 300 BIM deliverable (the most typical case), expect between €3,000 and €6,000 ex. VAT, delivered in 15 days. The exact price depends on geometric complexity, number of floors and access. Named quote within 48 h after brief.
Because price per m² doesn't reflect the reality of a 3D scan mission. A large empty warehouse at €5/m² and a cluttered Haussmann apartment at €25/m² can be two missions at the same total price — geometric complexity and access constraints matter as much as area. Package ranges are more honest.
A traditional surveyor is typically 40 to 80% more expensive for lower precision (±1—5 cm vs ±2 mm) and a lead time 3 to 5 times longer (4—8 weeks vs 15 days). 3D scan is faster and more precise; surveyors remain competitive on very specific missions (corner surveys, property markers) that don't justify the scan investment.
For Discovery and Standard packages, payment 30 days end-of-month after delivery, no deposit. For Premium (above €8,000 ex. VAT), a 30% deposit is requested upon quote validation, balance on delivery. Terms modifiable on request for major accounts.
The quote is flat-rate: if we underestimated the acquisition or processing time, ARPEO absorbs the overrun. The only exception: if you request significant changes mid-mission (LOD change, additional zone), an amendment is quoted before execution.
Yes, that's the Discovery package or a custom 'acquisition + processing only' package. You receive the E57 + RCP cloud + precision report to model in-house. Price drops ~40% vs full mission. Ideal if you have an in-house BIM team.
Minimum billing is €800 ex. VAT for the Discovery package, which corresponds to about half a day of fieldwork + basic processing. Below that, the mission isn't economically viable. For very small missions (corner survey, simple sizing), we redirect to a partner surveyor.
Free travel within 50 km of Aix-en-Provence (covers Marseille, Aubagne, Salon-de-Provence, Vitrolles, Martigues). Beyond that, flat allowance of €0.55 / km round-trip. For missions over 200 km, possibility of a flat overnight + travel package to negotiate.
